How to Attend

Pre-registration is required for all events.  Walk-up registration is not allowed, no exceptions.  There is a limit of 30 participants on a first come, first served basis. We respectfully suggest that if you have already participated in two hikes, or are signed up for two hikes, that you allow for others to also have the opportunity to enjoy the Conservancy, as space is limited and interest great. We will generally be meeting around 9:00 am and most events will be from 4-5 hours, unless otherwise noted. Once you sign up and confirm that you can attend, you will be provided with further details. Directions for the hike location are sent out one week prior to the event.  Registration for programs closes at 4 p.m. two days prior to the event or when the participant limit is reached. If you would like to be on the wait list for an event, send an email, with “wait list” in the subject line, to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we will email you if there is a cancellation.

All attendees should be in good health and fit enough to participate according to the distance, terrain, and difficulty of the hike. The Tejon Ranch Conservancy’s hike leader has sole discretion to determine if an attendee is not physically qualified or otherwise prepared to participate.
